Dunlawton and Nova Rd. traffic light

Is it me or did they install the traffic light at Nova and Dunlawton incorrectly?
Look at every post in the city and see the mistake. They put the light right above the stop bar above your head. In order to see the light you must stop 10 feet before the line. I think that is a perfect example of the city not holding contractors liable for mistakes. I would make them fix it for free.
